The weather report looks fine and there’s lots going on this weekend on the UES. Highlights include Neko Case (pictured) tonight in the Park, and Brazilian Girls on Sunday, but there’s plenty more once you click through.

Payment policy: $20 if pre-paid
Meet everyone at a bar on the Upper East Side. You’ll pick teams and the get a list of items that you’ll need to find. You’ll then have roughly 4 hours to find as many items on the list as you can. Points assigned to each item that you find. Search the city, learn more about Manhattan, find new places to socialize and meet new people. The teams with the most points will win prizes. Our sponor bar will offer drink specials and appetizers after the hunt.

Puppeteers from the Swedish Cottage Marionette Theatre in Central Park present a spectacular multicultural performance of three Hans Christian Andersen tales: The Princess and the Pea, The Ugly Duckling, and The Emperor’s New Clothes. Starring beautifully decorated marionettes who travel to China, Africa, and even Central Park in the course of their story. Followed by a make-and-take-home-your-own-puppet Family Workshp.
